If you do not receive a response from us within the timeframes noted, please call us at 808-212-9437 to confirm receipt of the form. Operations hours are 6AM-2PM Monday-Friday and 8AM-12NOON Saturday. If you make an inquiry after 1PM Monday - Thursday, we will contact the following day. If you make an inquiry after 1PM on Friday through Sunday, you will receive a response after the weekend.
